Job Summary

Assist in HR functions, corporate insurance and claims administration, training administration, and provide administrative support including travel arrangements and visa applications. Support coordination of company events, internal ISO audits, MOM surveys, and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations
  • Process corporate insurance and claims documents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage claims effectively
  • Organize training schedules, prepare training materials, and communicate with participants to support training administration
  • Arrange travel plans and manage visa application processes to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Coordinate company events and team‑building activities by liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution
  • Prepare documentation and facilitate communication between departments to support internal ISO audits and MOM surveys
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned to support various organizational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ levels or Certificate in HRM
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain trustworthiness
  • Meticulous and able to perform well under stress
  • Knowledge of Infotech HR software is an added advantage
