Job summary

A company in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to handle daily HR operations and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Business Administration and have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer contracts, and employee onboarding materials.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collect, calculate and enter data to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Process government bodies claims such as maternity claims, childcare leave claims, WICA insurance claims, etc.
  • Provide clerical support to management including meeting prep, document proofreading, translating, and filing.
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including maintaining office stationery, printed materials, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support facilities management, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Handle reception duties and attend to guests when needed.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in administration and HR fields.
  • Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Ordinance is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player.
  • A self‑motivated, self‑driven, independent, studious individual and a good team player.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage.
