Position Summary: The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing administrative functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in palm oil, biofuel, palm oil feedstock or related business who can contribute to both HR and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Management:
    • Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
    • Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Administer payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR‑related documentation.
  • Administrative Management:
    • Supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
    • Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitment and palm oil / biofuel / palm oil feedstock or related business trading.
  • Bilingual proficiency both written and spoken to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
