Job summary

A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will oversee employee records in the iHRM system and ensure timely payroll processing. With at least 3 years of experience in HR, you should be knowledgeable about labour regulations in the Indochina region. The role involves handling employee inquiries and managing work pass administration, along with other HR-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resource executive.
  • Experience handling payroll and employee records.
  • Knowledge of labour regulations in the Indochina region preferred.

  • Assist to manage the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in iHRM System
  • Timely and accurate monthly payroll processing
  • Responsible for work pass administration
  • Assist to administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record.
  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims
  • Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree with relevant experiences handling payroll
  • Minimum 3 years as Human Resource executive
  • Knowledge of labour regulations in Indochina region is preferred
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice
