  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Oversee leave administration, attendance, claims, insurance, and medical matters.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and statutory submissions.
  • Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle procurement, filing, asset tracking, and admin cost control.
  • Support internal events, travel arrangements, visa applications, and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll be doing?
  • Support Recruitment: Assist in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for new hires.
  • Manage HR Records: Maintain and update employee records and HR documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle Administration: Oversee leave administration, attendance, claims, insurance, and medical matters, providing support to employees.
  • Assist in Performance Management: Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare HR reports and statutory submissions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Oversee Office Operations: Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor coordination, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Manage Procurement: Handle procurement, filing, asset tracking, and admin cost control, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Support Events: Support internal events, travel arrangements, visa applications, and ad-hoc projects, contributing to the success of company initiatives.
Who are they looking for?
