Job summary

A well-respected non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide support to their HR team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in document preparation, and supporting payroll processing. Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team which includes the maintenance of accurate employee records and managing HR databases and Sharepoint.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents which includes contracts, offer letters and off-boarding paperwork.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information, such as leave records and new employee records.
  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals and quota tracking.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including processing of claims and addressing employee concerns.
  • Support in organizing and coordinating employee events, meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in the issuance of uniform, inventory check and the coordination of new purchases.
  • Handle any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS or other HR software will be preferred.
  • Self‑motivated, meticulous, initiative, and possess positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn and keep abreast of HR development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
