Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage on-boarding/off-boarding, employee relations, and support HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in HR management and at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Employment Act are essential. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPA Act and IRAS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the on-boarding / off-boarding process.
  • Provide HR advisory services as main contact for enquiries.
  • Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues.

Job description
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the on-boarding / off-boarding process for those managers that you are supporting
  • Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries
  • Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Execute monthly Salary adjustment, computing of temp staff salary pay out and verifying of manual claims submission, etc.
  • Process and cancel of work pass application through EPOnline and WPOnline system
  • Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters
  • Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
  • Assist with monthly HR reports
  • Provide administrative support
  • Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Main Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPA Act and IRAS
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant certifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision, yet capable in completing tasks assigned within the team environment
  • Good interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS preferred
