Job Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support: Provide efficient and meticulous administrative and HR support to the CEO and senior management, including schedule management, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and other related tasks.
  2. HR Management: Take full responsibility for all HR functions of the Singapore office/company, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee file management, compilation of attendance and other relevant data, and assistance in performance management processes.
  3. Administrative Affairs: Manage daily office administrative operations, such as office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, fixed asset management, company event planning, and local administrative compliance in Singapore.
  4. Policy Implementation & Optimization: Implement the company’s HR and administrative policies, and propose optimization suggestions based on practical circumstances to improve process efficiency.
  5. Communication & Coordination: Maintain good communication with local Singapore government agencies, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of all HR and administrative tasks.
  6. Documentation & Reporting: Draft, organize, and translate Chinese-English documents and reports, ensuring the information is accurate and clear.
Job Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or other related fields are preferred.
  2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant HR and administrative work experience; experience in supporting senior management or working in multinational corporations is preferred.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; both languages can be used as working languages.
  4. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented and patient, with clear logical thinking; possesses excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with HR management systems is preferred.
  6. Others: Able to adapt to a flexible work rhythm and has strong stress resistance.
