Job Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide efficient and meticulous administrative and HR support to the CEO and senior management, including schedule management, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and other related tasks.
- HR Management: Take full responsibility for all HR functions of the Singapore office/company, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee file management, compilation of attendance and other relevant data, and assistance in performance management processes.
- Administrative Affairs: Manage daily office administrative operations, such as office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, fixed asset management, company event planning, and local administrative compliance in Singapore.
- Policy Implementation & Optimization: Implement the company’s HR and administrative policies, and propose optimization suggestions based on practical circumstances to improve process efficiency.
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain good communication with local Singapore government agencies, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of all HR and administrative tasks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft, organize, and translate Chinese-English documents and reports, ensuring the information is accurate and clear.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or other related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant HR and administrative work experience; experience in supporting senior management or working in multinational corporations is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; both languages can be used as working languages.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented and patient, with clear logical thinking; possesses excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with HR management systems is preferred.
- Others: Able to adapt to a flexible work rhythm and has strong stress resistance.
