Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a HR admin to join their team. You will be responsible for verifying attendance, monitoring staff behavior, and supporting investigations related to attendance and overtime records. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and previous administrative experience. A competitive salary range of $2500-$3200 is offered, with Monday to Friday working hours.

Job description

Our client is a leading integrated provider of quality rigging and mooring equipment and services primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry. Currently, they are looking for a HR admin to join their team.

Salary range: $2500-$3200 (depends on experience)

Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm

Working Location: Clementi (Pandan Road); Transport provided from Clementi MRT

Job Scope

Verify daily biometric daily attendance record.

Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.

Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing.

Monitor staff work behavior and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.

Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.

Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting.

Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/ misconduct.

Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action.

Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
