Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, employee records)
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and staff documentation
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF / SDL)
  • Manage work pass matters (WP / SP / EP)
  • Handle manpower-related government grants (applications, claims, compliance tracking)
  • Liaise with government agencies and external consultants
  • Maintain HR, payroll, and grant records
  • Prepare basic HR and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of HR and payroll experience
  • Familiar with Singapore statutory and payroll requirements
  • Experience or exposure to government grants is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel and HR/payroll systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
