Job summary

Human Resources
- Support daily HR operations such as manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, etc;
- Administer and manage the Time Management System (TMS), including accurate timesheet compilation, additions and deductions, and preparation for payroll processing;
- Manage foreign employees matters, including work pass administrations, PCP, home leave coordination, dormitory arrangements, and disciplinary counselling, etc;
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and orientation to offboarding and exit formalities;
- Maintain employee data and files, ensuring proper organisation, confidentiality, consistency and compliance;
- Plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, etc;
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, practices, and compliance with employment legislation;
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentations and records;
- Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g. MOM, IRAS, etc);
- Support digitalisation efforts within HR for more efficient processes (e.g. e-forms, etc);
- Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and practices;
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, including general upkeep and maintenance of facilities;
- Maintain office equipment and company assets, ensuring they are in good working condition;
- Handle reception duties including answering calls, welcoming visitors, and responding to enquiries;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes;
- Administer the company fleet, including vehicle insurance, handling traffic summons, and managing season parking, etc;
- Supervise store assistant/ cleaner
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for troubleshooting and IT support matters;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for office administration policies and operational procedures;
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Experience in Engineering/ Construction industry preferred
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Good follow-through skill and proactive to matters arising
- Knowledge in Employment Act & MOM regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in Info-tech HRMS System an advantage
