Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant / Executive to support daily HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in HR Management, at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and a good understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and healthcare regulations. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job description

THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training administration and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare licensing requirement.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruitment and onboarding: coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements and reference check
  • Handle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirements
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Ensure proper document and submission of SNB registration / work passes
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals and employee exits
  • Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
  • Provide administrative support such as scanning, filing, compiling documents etc.
  • Other HR function duties as assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferable in the healthcare or service industry
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Familiar with SNB, MOM and MOH healthcare staffing regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS System
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach, meticulous, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
