Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for an HR administrator to perform various HR functions. Position Description and Responsibilities
  • Perform HR administrations such as maintain updated data in HRM System, on-boarding/off-boarding arrangement, staff confirmation, exit interviews, letters, arrangement of interviews etc.
  • Monitor and process all work passes renewal and application
  • Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
  • Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
  • Other HR function duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Working Experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be proficient in computer skills such as Word and Excel
