Job Responsibilities
  1. Perform assigned maintenance, repair, and rectification work orders.
  2. Ensure that building and facilities are well-maintained by conducting daily inspections and carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance.
  3. Procure and manage contracts and service providers for catering, cleaning, parking, and security.
  4. Anticipate the facility's future needs and plan accordingly.
  5. Handle emergencies as they arise.
  6. Monitor maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and construction projects.
  7. Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences as requested by supervisors and Head of Department.
  8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by direct supervisors and Head of Department.
