Hotel Receptionist

6 days, 3 rotating shifts – 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am (midnight shift twice a month)

Salary: $1800-$2000

Location: Somerset

Job scope:

  • Booking reservations for guests, including room rates, room availability, and special requests
  • Perform registration duties for all hotel guests.
  • Reviewing guest check-in information, such as name, address, credit card number, and phone number
  • Assigns appropriate guests rooms based on their preferences.
  • Handles guests requests through incoming calls and performs follows up on guests’ requests.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
