We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.
Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and administration
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand compliance
Manage budgets, P&L performance, cost control, and revenue optimization
Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and hotel staff
Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and service standards
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
Drive occupancy, guest retention, and overall hotel performance
Minimum Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
At least 5 years of hotel operations experience, with managerial exposure
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
Solid understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, and revenue management
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
