We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a full-service hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and administration

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand compliance

  • Manage budgets, P&L performance, cost control, and revenue optimization

  • Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and hotel staff

  • Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and service standards

  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements

  • Drive occupancy, guest retention, and overall hotel performance

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • At least 5 years of hotel operations experience, with managerial exposure

  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
