🌟Guest Relations Executive/Concierge
Plays a key role in delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience. This position serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing concierge services, handling front desk operations, and ensuring service standards are consistently met throughout the guest journey.
🌟F&B Service Executive
You will support daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring a smooth dining experience through attentive service and effective coordination with the operations team.
🌟Guest Relations Executive/Concierge
Deliver personalized concierge and guest relations services, including reservations and local recommendations
Manage guest enquiries, feedback, Lost & Found, and front desk communications
Handle limousine bookings and related administrative tasks
Support room revenue through upselling and walk-in opportunities
Maintain service standards, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies and SOPs
🌟F&B Service Executive
Support the Outlet Manager in daily front-of-house and heart-of-house operations
Assist with manpower planning and shift coordination
Coordinate reservations and service flow with the kitchen and service teams
Ensure outlet readiness, cleanliness, setup, and compliance with service standards
Provide attentive service and support smooth daily operations
Guest Relations Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant guest relations or front desk experience
Concierge: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
F&B Service Executive: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Well-groomed, service-oriented, and professional
Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
