• Coordinate with OTAs and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor rate parity and identify pricing or distribution issues.
• Maintain internal reports and documentation of key learnings.
• Support hotel teams in updating OTA content and room information.
• Participate in training sessions and cross‑functional projects.
