A leading manpower service provider in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to manage hostel operations. The successful candidate will ensure that rooms and common areas are clean and ready for check-ins and outs, handle residents' inquiries and complaints, and coordinate necessary repairs. Applicants should have secondary education and at least one year of experience in customer service or facilities management. Strong communication skills and adaptability to changes are essential for this permanent role, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm (Mon to Thu) and 8:30 am to 5:15 pm (Fri).
