Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting or community/geriatric setting.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and review care needs of clients and caregivers.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor client's response.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in consultation with a doctor.
