Key Responsibilities

• Conduct enrichment classes and workshops for children (preschool to primary levels) in areas such as communication, creative thinking, leadership, STEM, arts, or life skills.
• Collaborate with the EHC team to conceptualise and develop fun, interactive holiday camp programmes that inspire learning through play and discovery.
• Facilitate hands‑on, age‑appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and participation.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
• Prepare lesson materials, teaching aids, and activity resources in line with curriculum objectives.
• Provide feedback on learners’ progress and maintain attendance and class records.
• Work closely with programme coordinators and partner institutions to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, or enrichment programme delivery is preferred.
• Passionate about working with children and fostering their holistic growth.
• Creative, energetic, and adaptable to different age groups and learning styles.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to weekday and/or weekend classes, including school holiday periods.
• Experience in designing enrichment content, creative workshops, or thematic camps.
• Certification in first aid or child psychology will be a plus.
