Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in kueh, pastry, or bakery production.
  • Experience with traditional Nyonya kueh production is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and pick up new methods, techniques, and machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kueh production and workflow.
  • Ensure kueh are produced with consistent taste and presentation.
  • Supervise and train production staff on techniques and processes.
