You will perform workforce analysis and projections to build a manpower dashboard and prepare reports & surveys for internal and external stakeholders, with the support of one direct report.

Job Responsibilities
Manpower Readiness
  • Key HR representative in the annual manpower budgeting exercises.
  • Monitor and update manpower readiness.
  • Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highlight manpower issues or gaps to senior management & division directors for appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and establish management processes through development of guidelines, requirements and templates.
Manpower Analysis
  • Analyse current manpower inventory and make future manpower forecast using advanced statistical models and tools to generate meaningful insights and drive actions.
  • Provide manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of changes by scanning the environment on tools and methodologies used for manpower planning and analysis of data.
  • Manage all reporting requirements & survey under the function.
HR Planning
  • Computation of Manpower Productivity Indicators.
  • Propose KPI targets using past trend data, monitor and track achievements.
Other Projects / Assignment
  • Develop project management timeline and work in close partnership with respective stakeholders, including NUHS Group’s Centre of Excellence (COE) for Manpower Planning.
  • Participate in other various HR projects when assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a relevant degree with major in a quantitative discipline, that is, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ working experience in related field, with supervisory experience. Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
  • Team player with strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with working knowledge in statistical software package.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and capable to effectively prioritize/organize work.
