Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support leadership in implementing continuous improvement and innovation programmes.
• Conduct and customize training in Lean Thinking and Human Factors methodologies.
• Act as administrator for the hospital incident reporting system.
• Oversee Serious Reportable Events and ensure timely submission to MOH.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives from various committees.
• Drive the 'Speaking Up' initiative in SACH.
• Organize the annual SACH Quality & Safety Festival.
• Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts.
