Role Overview

As part of the Clinic Operations team, you will oversee assigned clinical service points across the patient journey—ensuring smooth daily operations, strong patient experience outcomes, and achievement of service volume and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led day-to-day service point operations (front counter, admin & operational matters)
  • Partner Nurse Managers and key stakeholders to resolve system/process gaps
  • Work with department leaders to ensure a seamless patient experience across the care continuum
  • Ensure facilities are patient-friendly, safe, and service-driven
  • Support and drive customer satisfaction and service excellence targets
  • Propose and implement service innovations to improve patient experience
  • Manage volume and financial performance for assigned services
  • Support business planning with clinical chiefs to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage budgeting, reviews with clinical heads, and new business development
  • Lead and manage a team of non-nursing staff
  • Conduct appraisals, staff coaching, training and development
  • Support recruitment and retention to build a stable, motivated workforce
  • Ensure smooth internal communications, escalation, and solutioning
  • Participate in committees and ad-hoc projects
