As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients. You will be based at our retail outlet at Singapore General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with the fitting of mobility assistive devices such as braces.
  • Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries at the retail outlet, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure stock is replenished and the inventory amount is accurate.
  • Perform cashier duties, including handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
