Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and client‑centered Health Coach to join our multidisciplinary team. The Health Coach will play a key role in supporting individuals to achieve sustainable lifestyle and behaviour change across areas such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and overall wellbeing. This role involves one‑on‑one coaching sessions, participation in shared health programmes, and close collaboration with physicians, dietitians, जु chefs to deliver a holistic, evidence‑based approach to health optimisation and long‑term wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ readiness for change, and health and wellness goals.
• Co‑develop personalised, client‑driven health and wellbeing goals focused on sustainable behaviour change.
• Use motivational interviewing, goal setting, and accountability techniques to support clients’ progress.
• Deliver individual coaching sessions in‑person and/or virtually.
• Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with the organisation’s requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (such as healthcare and allied health providers) when applicable.
• Participate in the development and facilitation of wellbeing workshops and events.

Requirements

• Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach (certified by Wellcoaches and/or NBHWC, or eligible).
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in health coaching or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, curious and non‑judgmental approach.
• Ability toรั่งเศ work independently and support multiple clients effectively.
• Ability to apply behaviour‑change theory and coaching psychology principles as required for certification columns.
