Job description

We are looking for an experienced supply chain leader to build and lead our International Supply Chain Solutions team in Singapore. This role drives end-to-end cross-border solutions across Telecom High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Home Appliances, and other key industries.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 10–15 pax Supply Chain Solutions team.
• Design end-to-end cross-border logistics solutions (multimodal transport, warehousing, customs, reverse logistics, supply chain finance).
• Launch scalable products (FCL/LCL, temperature-controlled, bonded warehousing, e-commerce lanes).
• Work closely with Sales to win key accounts and provide customized solutions.
• Manage partnerships with airlines, shipping lines, warehouses, customs brokers, and financial institutions.
• Use data and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to optimize cost, timeliness, and service.
• Ensure compliance across global customs and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in international supply chain/logistics.
• Experience in solution design or leadership roles at top logistics companies (DB Schenker, CEVA, DHL, or similar).
• Strong industry knowledge in Telecom High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, or Consumer Electronics.
• Strong analytical and digital skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. (required for coordinating with China HQ).
