Job summary

Responsibilities:
  • Set supply chain strategy for Asia‑Pacific.
  • Build a resilient supplier network across Southeast Asia.
  • Proactively manage supply chain risks (geopolitical, trade, capacity).
  • Source and onboard key manufacturing and material suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality, ethical, and certification standards.
  • Oversee supplier quality and lead continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all international trade and product regulations.
  • Optimize inventory, demand planning, and delivery reliability.
  • Manage logistics to improve cost, lead time, and service.
  • Track performance KPIs across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Engineering (DFM), Finance (costs), and IT (systems).
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing regional supply chain team.
Requirements:
  • Min. Degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Min. 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management in fast‑growing manufacturing, fit‑out, commercial interiors or construction industries.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Experienced in leading ERP / SCM implementations or system upgrades.
  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, or responsible sourcing frameworks.
