Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Founders Office as a part of the Strategy and Advisory team. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO on crucial strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that play a vital role in the company's growth. Your main responsibilities will involve acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, aiding in translating vision into actionable plans, and ensuring flawless execution of strategic priorities.You will be expected to partner directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects and strategic decisions. This will involve conducting market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to provide valuable insights that support the business strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the execution of special projects across various business units such as product, operations, finance, and marketing. Developing business cases, strategic plans, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role.Monitoring key business metrics to provide regular insights and recommendations, as well as identifying operational inefficiencies and suggesting improvements, will be part of your daily tasks. Acting as a liaison between the Founder and different internal/external stakeholders and preparing briefs, reports, and documentation to support meetings, investor discussions, and board materials will also be crucial in this role.The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, while an MBA would be a plus. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, along with a strong business acumen and the ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be necessary, including the ability to craft clear and compelling presentations. High ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action are qualities we value. Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is highly desirable.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus offered. The work location is in person.,
