A leading luxury products distributor is seeking a Head of Sales for Indonesia to spearhead the expansion of its retail business. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in luxury fragrances and cosmetics sales, accompanied by strong negotiation skills and a professional appearance. The role requires fluency in English and Malay, a passion for luxury products, and the ability to travel at short notice. An attractive salary package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

HEAD OF SALES – INDONESIA

Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Singapore, the Prestige Group is a leading distributor of about 50 brands of luxury fragrances and cosmetics in ASEAN and Australasia. Our products are distributed and sold in over 900 locations, and we hire close to 1,000 staff in 7 countries.

Due to expansion, we are now seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Head of Sales for Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • He/she shall have a proven track record in sales and experience in the establishment of luxury products business in emerging markets.
  • He/she shall be tasked with the primary responsibility of setting up and expand our retail business in Indonesia.
  • He/she is expected to understand the luxury fragrance and cosmetics trade and shall work closely with HQ and our Iocal team to strategise and increase sales and profitability.
  • To supervise, motivate, train and guide the sales team to deliver quality services and meet their financial targets.
  • To keep sales outlets, counters and boutiques in excellent conditions such that it enhances client shopping experience that shall lead to stronger brand loyalty and higher sales.
  • Possess an extensive network of contact in Indonesia.
  • Professional looking with good negotiation skills.
Qualification :
  • Diploma or University Degree from a recognised university
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 15 years of experiences in luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
  • Can speak, read and write English and Malay
  • Ability to travel in short notice and can be based in Indonesia
