A global FMCG company is looking for an APAC Sales Head to join their leadership team in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have solid FMCG experience and a proven track record of growing sales in the APAC region. This leadership role involves driving sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and forging strong partnerships with retailers. We are representing a global FMCG company with their brands distributed in more than 120 countries worldwide; the company enjoys a healthy margin and a dominant market position backed by heritage brands. Due to ambition to further penetrate APAC markets and supercharge the sales revenue, there is now an APAC Sales Head position available to join the leadership team.
As a people manager and covering APAC region (exclude China), this position will lead the sales development and trade marketing strategy in retail and modern trade channels, driving the interaction with commercial partners regionally including contract negotiations and recommendations for action plan and introduction of new products in respective markets, strengthening the brand position and partnership with retailers and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have solid category experience in FMCG companies, with track record of growing sales in APAC region, focusing on retail and distribution channels. As the role leads a team, this individual should also be an experienced leader with ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professional.
