Job summary

A leading fintech firm in Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role involves establishing & maintaining compliance frameworks for payment and crypto services, engaging with regulators, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Candidates should have extensive experience in payments or fintech-related regulatory roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of compliance protocols. Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance within payments/fintech/crypto.
• Strong command of MAS PSA framework for cross-border money transfer.
• Hands-on experience with wallet screening and sanctions programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for MAS Notices/Guidelines applicable to MPI.
• Maintain the Compliance Framework for payments and crypto businesses.
• Manage MPI license conditions and lead interactions with MAS.
