About the company

I am excited to be partnering with a leading organization dedicated to leveraging finance to drive positive social and environmental change.


They are expanding the team and seeking a Head of Partnerships in Singapore.


About the role


  • You will manage relationships with financial institutions, individual wealth holders and family offices.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - conducting training sessions to generate revenue.

  • You will develop strategies to engage and build relationships with the organization's alumni, with a specific focus on the network in APAC.

  • Fostering a strong alumni network through events.

  • You will develop and implement strategies to engage private wealth holders and organizations as donors.

  • Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors.

  • Prepare proposals and reports to showcase the impact of their contributions.


Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business development, sales and fundraising.

  • Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, financial institutions and ecosystem partners.

  • Experience with fundraising and donor management is also required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and oral.

  • Familiar with MS Office, Asana, Slack etc.
