Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in fundraising operations with a proven track record in securing gifts above $100,000.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and ability to drive projects to completion.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing a diverse team of 2-3 persons.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare or research fundraising is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and maintain relations with a portfolio of current and prospective donors.
  • Lead gift structuring to optimize donor’s gift purpose.
  • Develop engagement opportunities for maximizing donor support.
  • Create fundraising principles and manage funds raised.
  • Implement systems for record-keeping and reporting fundraising activities.
  • Manage a small team of fundraising professionals.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring.
