Roles & Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Leadership – Lead end-to-end finance transactional services including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Master Data, and billing activities.
• Performance & SLA Management – Ensure consistent service delivery in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Process Excellence & Transformation – Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and technology-enabled efficiencies across finance operations.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Partner stakeholders to align shared services delivery with organisational priorities and finance policies.
• People Leadership & Capability Building – Lead, coach, and develop a large finance team, building strong succession and service-oriented capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional qualification (CPA) preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in accounting & finance, with at least 5 years in leading finance operations / shared services.
• Proven track record in managing finance transactional processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Proven experience driving process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
