The Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Digital Media Sales to lead revenue growth across a diversified digital media portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will shape overall sales strategy, drive high-value partnerships, and work closely with internal business units to deliver innovative, data-driven media solutions that create measurable impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Leadership: Own and drive end-to-end digital media sales strategy, delivering strong year-on-year revenue growth.

  • Client & Agency Partnerships: Lead and manage key client and agency relationships, ensuring long-term value creation and retention.

  • Commercial Innovation: Develop advertiser-ready digital and branded content solutions that differentiate in a competitive market.

  • Sales Leadership: Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue and KPI targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner internal teams to deliver integrated, scalable media solutions.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of media sales leadership experience, preferably in digital media or content-driven environments.

  • Proven ability to close large-scale campaigns (SGD 1M+ in gross revenue).
