Key Responsibilities
  • Finance & Accounts: Drive financial planning and resource allocation, oversee fund management and audits, and deliver accurate reporting to the Board and Finance Committee.
  • Corporate Secretarial: Ensure timely AGM preparation and regulatory filings and uphold governance standards including whistleblowing and conflict‑of‑interest frameworks.
  • Operations Administration: Oversee IT systems and cybersecurity, lead procurement strategies, and manage vendor contracts and grant applications for cost‑effective operations.
  • Governance: Implement governance policies and collaborate with the Audit & Risk Committee Chair to strengthen risk management and compliance.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy and advance digital transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership & Compliance: Build and mentor a high‑performing Finance team and serve as Data Protection Officer to ensure PDPA compliance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in finance, governance, and IT operations, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of social service sector and statutory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Hands‑on experience in budgeting, audits, procurement, and IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
