We are partnering with a leading Singapore-based firm to recruit a transformative Head of Data & AI. This role will lead the company's AI‑first strategy, driving innovation across supply chain intelligence, customer personalization, and operational automation.

Role

You will define and execute the enterprise‑wide data and AI roadmap. You will lead the development of scalable data platforms, deploy advanced machine learning models, and integrate generative AI (including LLMs) into business‑critical functions—from intelligent demand forecasting to hyper‑personalized customer engagement. A key focus will be optimizing logistics operations (e.g., route planning, inventory prediction, warehouse automation) and enhancing retail experiences (e.g., conversational commerce, recommendation engines, dynamic pricing). You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage AI product delivery, and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.

Requirement

You are degree‑qualified with 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI leadership, including significant exposure to both B2B and B2C environments. Proven success in deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, integrating LLMs into business workflows, and leading digital transformation in logistics or retail sectors is essential. You are a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in generative AI, cloud‑native data architecture, and MLOps. Experience with platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices will be highly valued.
