About the job Head of Business Intelligence

We are looking for an experienced & highly analytical Head of Business Intelligence for one of our global clients that is based in Singapore. This leadership position will spearhead the organization's quest for data-driven excellence. Central to your role will be the architectural design and development of the data warehouse, the candidate would be required to collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders for the successful deliveries of the various projects.

The ideal candidate would have proven track record in managing complex end-to-end projects and has a throughout understanding of data warehouse architecture principles and cloud platform technologies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the company's overall structure and architecture of the data warehouse, tool selections and reporting solutions.
• Ensured the implementation and construction of the data warehouse is built according to the architectural specifications.
• leading the strategic planning process for data-related initiatives with the management team to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to drive business value
• Interacting with stakeholders across the organization, particularly business users, to understand their requirements, challenges, and identify how data can be used to achieve their objectives.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of BI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in BI, data analytics, and data management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills technical expertise, analytical prowess, business acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture principles and cloud platform technologies.
• Experienced in managing complex end-to-end data projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
