Position Purpose

We are conducting a search for a highly experienced Head of Brand & Partnerships to lead global brand presence, sponsorship strategy, and flagship event execution for a fast-growing international organization. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic brand leader who has overseen major sponsorships, international events, and global partnerships, and who understands how to elevate brand visibility on a worldwide stage.

The successful candidate will drive brand influence through high-impact sponsorships, global events, ambassador initiatives, and partnership ecosystems. This role requires someone who can balance long-term brand strategy with hands‑on execution across multiple regions including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global sponsorship strategies, identifying and securing opportunities across sports, finance, technology, lifestyle, and major international events.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts end-to-end, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Oversee global events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential activations that strengthen international presence and visibility.
  • Drive integrated brand initiatives that amplify the impact of sponsorships across marketing, communications, and digital channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and regions.
  • Manage performance measurement, budgeting, and reporting for sponsorships and brand partnerships at a global scale.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key external partners, event organisers, agencies, and sponsorship bodies.
  • Represent the organisation externally at major events, partnership meetings, and industry engagements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, sponsorships, partnerships, or experiential marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience for a B2C fintech business (e.g., trading, investing, payments, wallets, neobanking, crypto, or similar).
  • Proven track record managing large-scale global sponsorships and major international brand events.
  • Experience in fast-paced industries such as fintech, financial services, technology, lifestyle, or global consumer brands.
  • Strong negotiation, partnership management, and commercial evaluation skills.
  • Ability to translate sponsorship investments into measurable brand and commercial impact.
  • Experience leading global teams and agencies across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
