We're partnering with a leading life insurer to appoint a Lead Actuary to oversee key activities across reserving and actuary. This is a people leadership role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and direct impact on business outcomes.

The Role

You will lead a team of actuaries, delivering high-quality insights on performance, risk, and capital to support strategic decision-making. The role works closely with the Chief Actuary and senior business partners, with a focus on strengthening models, tools, and actuarial capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of actuaries and oversee actuarial delivery across valuation, reserving, pricing, or risk management, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders
• Drive complex modelling, analysis, and interpretation to support business, performance, and capital decisions
• Strengthen actuarial models, tools, governance, and processes while developing and mentoring actuarial talent

Requirements

• 7 years of actuarial experience within Life Insurance
• People management exposure
• Attained qualification from Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia (PAI)
