A technology solutions provider based in Singapore is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on server and network hardware maintenance and incident resolution. Key responsibilities include on-site and remote support for hardware incidents, performing diagnoses and replacements of components, and responding to incidents in a timely manner. The Infrastructure Support Engineer will provide hands‑on server and network hardware maintenance, on‑site support, and incident resolution in accordance with SLA requirements.
Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware incidents
Perform diagnosis and replacement of faulty components (disk, RAM, PSU, NIC)
Support Cisco switches and Fortinet firewalls under guidance
Assist in firmware updates and system health checks
Respond to incidents within 2 hours and resolve within 4 hours
Prepare service and incident reports after each site visit
Coordinate with senior engineers, OEM support, and FM vendors
Participate in inventory checks and documentation updates
Server hardware troubleshooting (Dell / HPE)
Basic networking knowledge (switches, firewalls)
Understanding of SLA‑based support operations
Willingness to support 24×7 on‑call rotation
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
Diploma or Degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent
Certifications preferred: CCNA, Fortinet NSE 3/4, Dell or HPE associate level
