Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, doors, cabinets, locks, and walls.
• Handle routine electrical, plumbing tasks and preventive maintenance checks.
• Assemble, move, or adjust office furniture and clinic equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, utility rooms, and maintenance tools.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and assist in ensuring compliance.

Job description

1. General Repairs & Maintenance

• Perform minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, doors, cabinets, locks, and walls

• Handle routine electrical, plumbing

• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition

2. Facility Support

• Assemble, move, or adjust office furniture and clinic equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas, utility rooms, and maintenance tools

• Monitor and report facility issues to management or service contractors

3. Installation & Setup

• Assist with installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures

• Prepare rooms, treatment areas, or facilities for events, renovations, or operational use

4. Vendor Coordination & Oversight

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work

• Track work orders, service requests, and maintenance schedules

• Ensure all repair work meets safety and quality standards

5. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and guidelines

• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment, fire safety, and general maintenance

6. Miscellaneous / Ad Hoc Tasks

• Support other operational needs such as moving, organizing, or setting up spaces

• Assist in minor renovation or A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects
