Your Role Will Include

  • Coordinating seamlessly with front-of-house and service staff
  • Maintaining accurate guest records and handling admin duties
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, ITE, Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in hospitality/customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, professional grooming
  • Positive, proactive team player
  • Able to work weekends & public holidays
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
