MONTI is seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead our Front of House operations. In this role, you will ensure top-notch service standards, smooth coordination with our kitchen and bar teams, and strict compliance with 1 Group’s SOPs and health regulations. You will also be responsible for driving outlet performance and supporting 1 Group’s overall vision.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee FOH operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and local safety standards.
- Maintain high-quality guest experiences, focusing on food & beverage, service, cleanliness, speed, and table visits.
- Manage reservations across SevenRooms, Chope, Quandoo, and TripleSeat; ensure smooth guest communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Welcome, seat, and assist guests; handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Lead planning and execution of group bookings; coordinate menus, pricing, and deposits to achieve sales targets.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and guest communications to drive revenue and foot traffic.
- Maintain guest databases, feedback collection, and reporting for management insights.
- Provide leadership, delegate tasks, and ensure team adherence to service standards.
- Conduct training on SOPs, product knowledge, and service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in FOH or guest relations management in F&B, hospitality, or luxury outlets.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, reservation systems (SevenRooms, Chope, Quandoo, TripleSeat), and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detailli>

- Flexible and professional approach to handling high-pressure situations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
