Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to support our user acquisition initiatives across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and mobile ad networks. You will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and analysing paid advertising campaigns for our mobile games, working closely with senior team members to drive user growth and improve marketing performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze trends, and provide insights to enhance user acquisition efficiency.
  • Support creative testing by working with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to each target market.
  • Conduct market research to understand gaming trends, user behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign results, including key metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Data/BI, Operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Assist in managing advertising budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend across markets and channels.
  • Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust to validate campaign data and ensure accurate tracking.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, performance marketing, or related fields. (Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and high willingness to learn are welcome.)
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) OR strong interest and readiness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Passion for mobile games and interest in the gaming industry.
  • Experience or knowledge of Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; Other Asian language proficiency is a plus as the working language due to the need to speak with other Asian stakeholders.
