As the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Areion Group, located in Mumbai, Dadar west, you will play a crucial role in leading the Finance & Accounts department. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the financial strategy of the Group, maintain fiscal discipline, ensure compliance, and facilitate sustainable growth.Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the Accounts and Finance department, leading financial planning and forecasting, and developing long-term financial strategies. You will be responsible for budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial risk analysis to ensure financial stability.Additionally, you will be required to finalize company accounts in accordance with accounting standards, implement best financial practices and controls, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve providing financial insights to senior leadership, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Chartered Accountant qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial institutions such as Banks, Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs), or NBFCs.
