Get to Know the Role

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT traineeship programme.

As part of the Singapore Country People Operations (Pops) team, you will report to the Head of Country Pops. Your responsibilities include supporting the team on daily operations for all Singapore-based Grabbers, including interns and trainees.

You will also help plan and execute learning and engagement programs for them.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Support end-to-end intern/traineeship experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and collaborate on partnerships (e.g. Employer Branding, Facilities, Government Agencies)
  • Help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns/trainees) development, wellness and inclusivity at work
  • Develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranet
  • Analyse metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectiveness
