About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst Trainee to support the Central Procurement Desk and Travel Desk at Sea Limited. This traineeship offers hands‑on experience in analyzing procurement and group travel data, identifying trends, and supporting data‑driven recommendations that enhance compliance and process efficiency. You will gain exposure to real‑world data analytics within procurement and group travel operations. The program aims to develop your analytical and problem‑solving capabilities using large datasets and reporting tools to support business insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze procurement and travel‑related data to identify key trends and anomalies.


• Prepare data visualizations and performance dashboards to communicate insights effectively.


• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and compliance.


• Assist in preparing analytical reports and presentations for management review.


• Support process improvement initiatives and AI automation projects through data‑driven insights.
